Kate Karieren joins Climatr as a Sustainability Analyst, strengthening our Environmental and Social Sustainability unit.
She brings with her 4 years of experience working as an environmental engineer and project engineer in the construction sector, specializing in structural analysis, design, and detailing of structural members including Cost-Benefit Analysis. Kate holds a BSc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MSc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Auckland.
In her prior roles to joining Climatr, she has analyzed proposed site location options based on ESIA report to determine the most viable option with the least impact, designed an environmentally friendly water treatment plant which reduced operating cost by 60%, prepared site design drawings for assigned construction sites.
